The Thanksgiving offerings from Oakland-based pie baker Jaynelle St. Jean, aka PieTISSERIE, include ginger-lemon custard, roasted pumpkin, spiced apple, chocolate cream pretzel, Okinawan sweet potato, and roasted pumpkin pie with a chocolate crust (shown), ranging from $22 to $26. PieTISSERIE pies are available for pickup in Oakland, Piedmont, or San Fransisco at a number of in-store partners.
