Maybe numbers would be more useful than initials on the order board; time will tell. But in any case, it's nice that there is an order board. No more dancing around wondering where "the waiting line" is, wondering how soon your order will be ready, or realizing you've snagged someone else's vente caramel soy latte instead of your vente chai when you're three blocks away.
