Old World Spirits (121 Industrial Rd., Belmont, 650-622-9222) crafts gin, absinthe, eaux de vie, and liqueurs. The distillery opens its doors the last Friday of every month for a tour and tasting from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Premium tastings, $10 per person, typically include a flight of eaux de vie, absinthe, gin, and liqueur, but tasting of off-menu items and new releases may also be available.
