New to yoga? Try Bikram Yoga Seacliff’s beginning yoga class, which gently guides students though the 26-posture series and the basic principles of yoga practice. More advanced yogis will reap rewards from Bikram’s hot yoga class, which increases the difficulty of the series and urges students to truly move toward mastering each individual pose. Progress is marked by students' understanding of what they are aiming to accomplish throughout the practice (rather than being "perfect" in each posture), and according to Bikram, mind and body will be enhanced, relaxed, strengthened, and healed in each 90-minute session.
